PAYMENT:
UNRESTRICTED SBLC MT 760 AS A CONTRACT GUARANTEE, VALID FOR 12 MONTHS AND ONE DAY, ISSUED BY A TOP TIER BANK PAYMENT BY MT103 AT LOADING PORT AGAINST VERIFIED COPY OF THE SHIPPING DOCUMENTS AND SGS.
FORMAT: AUTO REVOLVE, TRANSFERABLE, DIVISIBLE, UNCONDITIONAL and OPERATIVE.
1 Month face Value SBLC Irrevocable, Transferable, Divisible, First demand, Paid at sight against BL + SGS Report + Insurance + Invoice. The ARDLC or SBLC needs to be issued or confirmed by a Prime Bank (World top 50 banks).
LOADING TIME: Within 30 – 45 DAYS OR SOONER AFTER RECEPTION OF THE BANK INSTRUMENT
PROCEDURES:
1. Seller will send SCO/FCO confirming price and procedure to Buyer
2. If Buyer agreed, will return signed SCO/FCO accepting price and procedure to the Seller
3. Buyer will issue an ICPO + POF (FIN199 /BCL/RWA) via bank to Bank
4. Seller provide draft contract to Buyer
5. Contract goes through normal negotiations and validation period
6. If accepted, Buyer returns draft by email, duly signed and sealed within 48 hours
7. Seller signs contract and sends back as hard copy to Buyer
8. Seller issues POP via bank to Bank
9. Buyer issues “verbiage” of SBLC
10. Seller’s bank validates “verbiage” of SBLC
11. Buyer’s Bank issues SBLC to Seller’s Bank
12. Upon confirmation of reception of the Bank instrument by the seller’s bank, within 21
days, seller will arrange for the shipment of products from warehouse to loading port.
13. Inspection by (SGS or equivalent) will be borne by Seller
14. Buyer release the full Payment at sight to the Seller’s bank against BL + SGS report +
Invoice + Insurance Certificate
15. Shipment commence as per contract
All banking charges including confirmation from Buyer’s Bank shall be borne by the Buyer and all banking charges incurred by the Seller’s Bank shall be borne by the Seller.
